Job Role
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineers.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Resolving technical issues with employer's representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
- Quality control in accordance with IS/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Interpretation of Civil and MEP Drawings
- Under Taking Surveys and preparing reports as required
Required Candidate profile
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Knowledge on the manpower and Machinery requirement for site activities
- Preparation of BBS from the Drawings
- Field work - managing and handling site work, resolving issues at site for fast execution of work.
- Work experience in AutoCAD
- Work experience in Excel /world & PowerPoint
- Work experience in Estimation & site related documentation
Experience & Qualification Requirement
- BE/ Diploma /ITI in Civil
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
