Sales & Marketing Executive


Job brief

We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will have to develop marketing strategies, implement marketing plans, develop sales strategies, maintain customer relations, and create sales reports. To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, professional networking or social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and note their expectations or concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams


Candidate Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree; BA/BCOM/BBA/BBM/BBS/B.Tech/BE/BSc and proven experience in sales and Marketing.

Lead Generation Executive ( Telemarketing )


In this role, you will work closely with the sales team. This is a target driven role that will contribute to new business prospects for the company.

Duties include:

  • Developing and maintaining the prospect database
  • Market research and testing in new and growing markets
  • Lead generating campaigns via telephone and email
  • Demonstration and consultation meeting booking campaigns
  • Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle
  • Producing reports to show productivity
  • E-mail marketing campaigns
  • Basic administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors in office.


Qualification, Skills and Experience:

  • Any Associate/Bachelor Degree
  • Experience of using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts and record information.
  • Good English language skills both written and spoken
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Telemarketing or telesales (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Microsoft Office & Beginner excel
  • Experience with technology solutions or working with education advantageous but not required.
